The Ultimate Refreshment Technique For Concentration and Power
Author: Dave Origano

You all have those days that you do everything you can to try to concentrate. Or to try to get you going again. But you do not seem to have the power to concentrate and work. The technique I will tell you about will solve that problem for good.

I have learned this technique from a close friend of mine, wich reviews all kinds of self imprvement books and programs. And self improvement is one of the hottest topics now-a-days, I decided to help everyone out with sharing some techniques that are covered in an ebook I sell: How To Get Lots Of Money For Anything FAST!

Please go to a quite place, where no one can disturb you. If you wish, put a note on the door to tell everyone to keep out. Any disturbance will get you off track, wich can lead to bad results. So take your time to make all preparations.

If you wish you can turn the light off, and turn on a candle. Maybe some incense too. Now sit back and fully relax. Get a pen and some paper before you. Let your thought flow, let everything slip trough your mind without holding anything.

Lift up your pen, and start writing down everything you want in your life. All your desires, reasonable or not. These can be either material or not. Make the list as detailed as possible… So you want love? Who’s love, and what kind of love do you want? Money, when do you want it and how do you want to have it?

Now get another paper, and write down anything you have not done yet, but need to do. Wether it is right now, or over a few weeks. These can include visits to the doctor, meetings, business proposals, writing an article or book, studying for a big test. And again, be as precise as possible.

Do not hesitate to stop writing, let everything flow from your mind. If you think something is not important, just write it down.

Now take the third paper and write down all business ideas you might have. This step is optional, as not everybody has it’s own or personal business.

Now we have almost come to the end of this. Take the last paper, and start making a To-Do list, with any idea, activities and desires on it. Afterwards, give everything a number or priority ranging from 1 to 10.

Now you are done with all the work. Sit back and relax some more. Drink a nice glass of pure water, as this works refreshing. Orange juice may work too.

Use the list you have made everyday. Hang it at a spot you will not miss any day, at your monitor in example.

You may use this technique as many times as you want. It empties the mind of all the hassles and memories of the day by day life. When you do this on a regular base, you will see your mind concentrating more and more on the goals and aims you have set yourself.

Notice that the To-Do list is finished faster and faster when you progress using this technique.
