A Strong Foundation Is a Must!

Feel your inner power descend into the deep of your heart. You take in a long breath and release it slowly. You can actually feel your strength beating within. Suddenly an intense well being-ness fills you. You realize you are the foundation to all you create and only you hold the key to your happiness. A peaceful light surrounds you with harmony!

In so many words I have just described for you the bliss of internal strength! Your foundation that you build your life around is your main support system for all you do. What you hold internally has external consequences and how you perceive the external influences your internal being-ness. Inner strength reflects in all your decisions. Inner strength gets you through situations that can cause stress cracks in your foundation. It is your inner knowing that keeps your faith strong and your blessings a continuous process.

Faith is the heart of your inner strength. Faith is a major supportive foundation stone in life. Faith coupled with inner strength is on any given day the extra two by four that keeps your foundation strong. Positivism is the nails that create a strong bond for your inner strength, wisdom, and clarity.

Attitude is another building material that carries some weight in a well-laid foundation. Love is the cement that holds your foundation all together. Grab the mortar mix (strength), add some love, and start mixing when you feel despair and at wits end. Leaving the cracks in your foundation unattended too long only makes the repair process harder.

Your well being-ness is the sheathing that protects you from inner chaos. Feel how this protective barrier benefits you when you allow your self to revel in life's little things! Live your support system, cuddle it and embrace your feelings. Give inner strength credit for getting you to where you are now in life. Pat your self on the back for building a great foundation! The strength of your foundation allows you to stand tall, strong, and positive among the mighty and powerful winds of change.
