How To Empty Your Mental Trash Can

by Kasi Mani

So, you have discovered what it is you don't like in your life. Now what do you do? You must get rid of what it is you don't like, that may be easy to do physically but doing it mentally may prove a little bit more challenging.

You may find yourself thinking of the situation all the time. Going over what happened or what went wrong all the time. This very well may lead into what you did wrong or could have changed. You are slowly drowning in a pit of unworthiness. The key is to recognize that you are doing this. Go over these thoughts, repeat them out loud or even write them down. This step is important because it is the first step to getting rid of the bad thoughts that are dragging you down. If you acknowledge them it makes it easier to deal with them. Once you have written them down remember one of the main keys to worthiness, you are only responsible for you. You have taken control of your situation and you are changing it. Thank your thoughts and send them flying off into the universe.

You may find that even though you are trying your best to stay positive, some negative thoughts may still creep in. This is normal so don't blame yourself. Just remember that the thoughts are ok and know that they are a small part of the big journey. They can and will help you remember your faults which will keep you on the right track. So, in a sense regressing from time to time is healthy.

It is necessary to to be reminded of where you are going so that you don't go back to where you came from. So, when you get those negative thoughts recognize them, thank them and send them to your mental trash can. Picture them being thrown into a trash can, burning and see the ashes flying up into the universe.

Your ability to do this will allow you to put yourself in your highest power and let you believe in your worthiness to recieve what you deserve.
